Default What fits in a RF Lid Kit?

I am going to remove the RF 6x9's for the last time and want to replace with Cicada or something similar. What will fit in the RF lid kit without much modification? Hopefully something with a Neodymium magnet since I am pretty sure the kits weren't made to hold much weight.

The Cicada CXX69.2 fits with no modification. The only thing is that you won't be able to put the plastic cover that comes with the RF speakers. These sound really great, and I haven't even changed the amp settings yet. The gain is supposed to be at 12 o'clock for the RF speakers but if you manually tune it should be about 2 o'clock so there is more power to be had with the upgraded speakers. Next, I need to blow my RF 6.5 speakers so I can upgrade them.

I haven't tested it yet but supposedly this amp is cleaner than it's predecessor.

Position of the gain button means nothing. 12:00 could mean it's putting out 50 watts or 400 distorted watts.

You won't always hear distortion. Your amp could very well could be putting out a distorted signal when you are at full volume and this will eventually lead to melting of the voice coil on your 6x9. If you want your equipment to last, measuring voltage is the only way to set amplifier gains.

I have Diamond Audio MS69s , these required a thick spacer to accommodate the woofer excursion . But other than that they fit fine no mods

I've got a set of Hertz neo 6x9s I took out of my last bike. If I decide to go with the RF kit do they fit OK? On a side note I have also heard that the Cicada cut in kits are pretty good as well.

The Cicada speakers fit with no modification. The covers for the RF speakers will not fit but the bezel of the Cicada's are about the same width of the RF speakers with the covers.
