2020 ultra limited. Right now I have this setup to where the CarPlay works, via a jumper wire. I run a set of wired earbuds from the center headset plug. I can do everything this way except talk and text. The phone sits in the little RHS cubby, and is connected to the bikes usb. Now for the dilemma:
Id like to mount the phone itself on the handlebars. This would allow me to operate the phone outside of what I can currently do. I am wondering, if I run a cable from the bikes USB, to my handlebar mounted phone, can I Bluetooth a set of Bluetooth earbuds to my phone, thus allowing me to talk to Siri or take a call, while still allowing handlebar control of volume, and station change/track skip, etc.?
