That would be the old Harman radio? There's no "updates" for those.
I stand corrected, do you have a CD burner? I see there were firmware updates. I don't know if that would enable rear speaker outputs though.

You would probably have to try and find a member here who downloaded it and has it on an old hard drive somewhere. Unless it's still available from Harley. Maybe a dealer tech has it on an old laptop somewhere.

When I had my old 2010 Ultra Iron Cross Audio got me squared away with my HK head unit. I got them to add front and rear preamp outputs to feed my DSP with. Some folks even get them to change the backlight to white so it is easier to read at night.

It would be cheaper, easier and better to upgrade to a headunit that is better suited for the 21st century. The new headunit will have all the bells and whistles PLUS fader and balance at a fraction of the cost of updating the old OEM headunit that may die at any time.
