Default Audio issues

I will try and make this easy to understand but here goes.
A few years ago I bought the house party system by Rockford Fosgate. It was from bagger nation at the time. I pphad it installed and hooked up to the stock Harmon kardon my limited came with when I bought it New back in 2010. I had the front amplifier in the fairing and the other amplifier in the tour pack. The front amplifier was running the two fairing speakers and the two speakers in the lowers. The back amplifier was running the two speakers in the saddle bags and the two speakers in the passenger seat. It was installed correctly and well done. The system was off the hook for quite a while. I had to take a break from the road for a while didn't ride put the bike up in storage correctly until last year. Last summer I spent quite a large some of money getting it all ready for the road and was very happy mechanically. After a month or so the sound in the front was junk and the rear sounded like it was just not handling the bass or volume as it once been able to do. It was around the end of April and the shop that did the work from the start and all the mechanical stuff was just too busy. I took it to extreme audio in Abington MA. The guy there showed me that the front amplifier was blown as were the front speakers in the fairing. He said that I should get an upgrade to a new head unit with blue tooth and if I still want the CD player he can get a unit that has both. I replaced the stock Harmon kardon with a JVC detachable face unit with blue tooth and replaced the front speakers with what he suggested. The amp was arch and the speakers I can't remember off hand ( I will find out I am at work and can't see them right now) he also told me that the back amp still is good and the rear four speakers are good as well but asked if they sound muffled at times and I said yes because after a certain volume level they sound like the speakers can't handle the bass and distort. After about a month the front amplifier and speakers just were not working and I was out of country till mid September. He told me to bring it in when I can and did so just about mid February. I braved the cold weather and he did the replacement. He charged me for the amp because the one he put in is not made by Arc anymore they only make an 800 not the 700 series. He replaced the fried speakers as he said if I do one I should do them both.
Now they work but I don't think they are very loud not nearly as loud as the rear of the bike and also when I use my phone for blue tooth it sounds like it's a mono-mode or something. I can't hear the in vocals and that even happens on the CD player which by the way is very sensitive. At this point I have told him what happened and he says I should replace the REAR amp and I won't have that issue. But for me the sound is nowhere near the same when I had the original house part system installed. I mean it was clear loud and plenty of bass and mids as well as highs. Now its ok. I think I am getting or have been taken. Now the speakers and amp are replaced and the sound is marginal for the front and the rear still sounds distorted at high volume. What would you do? I hope that is enough information if not ask away and I will get answers if I can.
