Most might say - keep it that way. Do you really want to hear her (lol)
OK, let me try to help. First, is this a new problem - did it work in the past or did something just happen.
Let's start with something simple. On your unit - she can hear you. So, this sounds like you are transmitting. Have her talk to you - and while doing so, turn your vol up. See if you can hear her.
If that does not work, while you are talking to her, you turn your vol up.
Check to ensure both units have the same firmware version.
Our group ran into a problem where some units start having trouble communicating and/or connecting to the mesh. It turned out that an the newer software version made the units unable to connect/communicate with the units running an older software version.
Alternatively, you could go through the factory reset dance.
Initiate reset: Press and hold the Phone button for 10 seconds. You will hear "factory reset" and the LED will turn solid red.
Confirm reset: Within 5 seconds of hearing "factory reset", press the Jog Dial once to confirm.
Completion: The headset will reset to factory defaults, and you will hear "Headset reset, good bye" before the unit automatically shuts off.
Take the extra step an press the reset button (in the small hole on the back side of the unit) to complete the unit reset.
Pug the unit in and update the firmware as needed.
Finger crossed that it fixed it.

New Firmware changes Mesh to 3.0. Older models are Mesh 2.0 are not compatible. You can turn off 3.0 in the Sena App if you need to and it will go back to 2.0.
