02 intercom died

02 intercom died

The intercom section of my 02 ultra radio died. As far as replacing, does a 03 to 05 ultra radio work in an 02? Thanks for any help. -- Tom

Call Radio Sound, HD's vendor of the radio in your bike: (502) 267-6768.

They have a repair service and can advise you on replacement units.

Evan,
I found a bad connection at the plug on the back of the radio. Added some dielectric jell, reseated and all is still well. I did find out that the later 03-05 radios will work.

Thanks for the quick reply TC! I'm glad yours turned out to be a simple fix. Looks like I'll be on the hunt for an 03-05 radio!
