Default FLTRX Boom Amp problems

Purchased the boom Amplifer for the FLTRX, Part#76000169 and The Harley dealer can not get it to power up the rear speakers to a tour pac. What could they be doing wrong? The pod speakers work ok back in the normal configuration. harley has informed the shop that this amp is designed for the front/rear speaker configuration.

the boom amplifier will drive the 4 speakers with the purchase of the 69200106 wiring harness

By looking at the wiring, there is no output for the rear speakers. If we assume the 6A/B is the input to the Amp and the output for the front speakers are there from the amp. It looks like there would have to be some connections made on the back of the amp for the rear speakers to plug into the rear speaker POD harness that initially plugs into the overlay harness
. Any comment or theories?

look at page 2 of the pdf. There are specific instructions for connecting the 69200106 harness to the black plug on the back of the radio. Pins have to be removed from the black plug and replaced with pins from the 69200106 harness
