All I'm interested in is listening to the radio via headphones or earbuds. (not necessarily the driver to passenger communication set up)
What are the option for doing this.
We can install a system that will connect to your earbuds or any 3.5mm connector.
We also provide a fairing switch that will shut down the speakers and activate the headset output (just like the ultras) so the volume control will default to the headset..
The reason i say this is ...i had a J&M CB on my bike a while back...wanted music so i cut the MP3 input cord and wired it to my speakers and Voila....1 ground, a left and a right wire...pretty simple.
The iron cross way would be the clean way to do it though...
So when you do it that way does it turn off the speaker volume, like the way it works in
in most cases..... i.e., speakers are on, you plug in the headphones and speakers go off ?
