I have the Big Ultra kit on my 2007 Ultra Classic. I'm on my second HogTunes amp in about a year and now it's acting up just like the first one. Crackling, popping static starts with the LF speaker and gradually carries over to the RF. Continues to get worse, like the vibrations of the bike/road are shaking something loose inside the amp. I don't have a problem with the rears. Has anyone else had that problem?

 

I have same setup, not one issue so far. Maybe 8K+
