Radio help!
Radio Guru Help Please!
I just installed the Hogtunes Big Ultra system on my 06 Ultra Classic. Things worked great UNTIL I saw the recomendation to upgrade the software on my stock Harman Kardon radio. I went thru the process and received a successful update reply. ( Updated from v7.4.0 to v 8.25.0) Now my rear speakers have no volume. Any suggestions or is there a way to reset to previous software version? Thanks for any info.

Software update should have no effect on speaker output, either front or rear. There is nothing in the update that would affect output.
Be sure that for some reason the fader did not end up all the way forward.
There is a reset...give us a call when you're by the bike and we'll walk you through it
