What ya all have for speaker lids what brand and do they leak? I'm looking to buy some just want to hear what everybody is running thanks.

 

I bought the Cycle Sounds lids and overall am pleased with them however getting them, and getting them installed was nothing short of a fiasco. Would recommend you go the route of the Dragonfly Cycle Concepts "By Nine" lids.

 

Marine grade speakers I take it?

 

I was looking at the Dragonfly Cycle Concepts "By Nine" lids. They state water-resistant speaker grills does this mean I could go with any 6x9 speaker that I want?

 

they come with a membrane material called hydrophobic material that repels water and it is fastened between the grill and the speaker. My preference for speakers back there would be the BikeTronics 6x9s made by HAT but I wanted to see what the Polks would do. So far they've held up well.
