I have the MPAK 6 with the KS 125 amp and moto 6.5 602 coaxials in my fairing. which speakers should I replace them with for better sound quality for around $125-$150?
Most folks around here are running one or two of the following
Polk MM651's 2.7 ohms
Biketronics Titan II's (hybrid audio tech) and they now have a new 7.1" HAT both of these are 4 ohms
Focals, lower to mid level, don't know the specs on these
This is by no means an all inclusive list just seems to be the most popular.
IF, leaning towards the Focals, Start at the IC165's and up. The CA1SG 165 is a little less but will not take all the power of Arc 125.2 amp. Where the IC 165 sounds really nice for an entry level speaker. They will set you back 180.00 with Forum Discount.
