CB not installed?

CB not installed?
Just got my 2011 FLHTK back on the road and switched to check the channel my CB was on and found this "Com Option - Not installed" Anyone had this problem before? Haven't removed the fairing to look yet but guess that's my next step.

couple of things..
1.) "back on the road" to means work was performed. If you had the fairing cap off make sure the CB module is plugged in properly.
2.) has it ever worked that you know for certain of? In 11 I remember HD having some issues with this and the resolve was to flash the radio.
