ARC makes a good amp no doubt. It all comes down to what you want to spend on your setup..

if you're staying with the stock head unit. you need 8ft of 10ga power wire, a fuse holder, and a 30A fuse. That's it.

Nice.. Thanks for the info.. So basically the Polks and any "mini" amp would be a respectable 2 speaker system..

whoa... slow your row there pal.. :-)

the polks are 2.7 ohm speakers so if you don't go the route of the SS amp, you'll need to make sure your amp can handle a 2 ohm load. Otherwise you're going to have to go a different route altogether...

the key to this is matching components for best sound quality.

another good choice of amps is the RF PBR300x2. it's stable at 2 ohms as well.

Ok.. heres the master plan.... fairing speakers and an amp this year and hopefully speaker lids next year... im not the richest person on the planet and there are a lot of other things I spend $ on besides my bike...

Such as Anheuser busch products...

All my local indys and dealers are preaching Boom! Audio and Hogtunes..

Sitting here putting away my 8th bud light I completely understand. You'll regret the BA and HT expense is all I'm saying

Does the Rockford amp come with the fancy connectors they show or is that sold Seperate? Also is the 4 channel able to run just my fronts and leave the rear channels for the hopefully future bag lids
