@ roadrash - I'm glad you found it helpful brother. I agree with you, everyone wants a good chunk of change for a mount... even after market stuff that I found. I really didn't want to monkey around with running wires and more stuff attached to my bars, etc... It's been working great so far and that little shuffle had no problems working in the rain... rode about an hour last weekend in it. Let me know if you have any questions and how it works out.

Great idea! Much better than what I do which is hook the shuffle to my windshield bag and run an 18" male-male cable.

Is it possible to stand it straight up and put the Velcro on the fairing (not the radio)? Or isn't it tall enough?
