Default Dragonfly2000 - Please Respond

OK. Tried PM'ing you. No reply.

You started a thread not too long ago about a custom made head unit made for Harley motorcycles. Remember? If not, here is your post:

We will be set up at the corner of 4th and Lazell, in down town Sturgis!
Also enter to win a Stage I system for your bike that will be drawn at the end of the week. Need not be present to win.
That was on August 1st. Were you just teasing us? Are you ever going to debut this thing?

I plan on ripping my whole system apart this winter and replacing everything except my speaker pods and grilles. I'd sure like to see what you have to offer to replace my HK head unit.

The ball is in your court.

I'm pretty sure they are talking about Harleys new head unit. Not one that they had made up.

One thing I'm sure of, it's aftermarket not H-D.

Doesn't make sense. Why would an aftermarket vender showcase a stock radio?

That was before all the dealers had the new bikes to show off. Apparently they had it before everyone else.

They 'unveiled' their new radio at Sturgis...............It's definitely THEIR radio, and not Harleys. Did you email their website ??

Negative.. it's a head unit that is being designed and built from ground up by Dragonfly Cycle Concepts and Aquatic AV.

I as well haven't had the opportunity to speak with Kevin since returning from Sturgis where I understand the head unit was displayed in "closed quarters" and was a huge hit with those that were fortunate enough to see it yet no one has reported anything here on the forum that I can tell...

new bikes are new bikes.. this head unit has nothing to do with the 14 and up models. This is for pre 2014 fairings and if it's anything like what I've heard it's going to be, it will certainly be a huge deal for folks looking to go aftermarket with their head units including myself

Many people do "winter mods" to their bikes. If they are going to try to sell this thing, they better come out with it quick or they will be losing a lot of sales, including mine. I'm only upgrading mine one more time.
