Default Do the mm651 stack up?

Are the biketronics 7.1s going to just blow away the mm651? I'm currently ordering the sound stream pn4.520 and would be mating either speakers with this amp. I have a brand new set of the polks that I haven't installed yet but now I'm thinking I should have went all out on the 7.1s. Just wanting to know If the difference between the two is huge or not?

Sound quality goes to the 7.1 hands down and back again. also, I have been through 4 pairs of the mm651's in eight months, two pairs of which were sent as replacements by the factory due to failure. Personally, I have never seen a single product fail more often than these polks. If you look at my post of wow, just wow a few down from this you will see my thoughts. In a nut shell i spent as much on the Polks as the 7.1's and all i got was a headache. Take that for what its worth

Funny, last year the Polk MM651s were the forum favorite, endorsed by everyone. I've been running them for 1.5 years, great sound and no issues. The recent rash of blown Polk speakers have really put the halt on recommendations, and rightly so, but I have yet to have a problem. I am switching over to the 6501 components, and with a new amp I will see about their ability to withstand abuse! If I have a problem I will report back, and look into the Biketronics brand. For now, however, I'm a big fan of the Polks with their much lighter weight and their (to me) great performance.
