Default Biketronics Order Changed!!!

My original order with Biketronics was for a FLTR RoadGlide Package with MS60, Retro Kit, and 7.1's. I was trying to decide what amp to go with. I was pretty much convinced that it would be the 2180 or a RF 300x2 when I read this:
The 4180 is $200 more than a 2180. The RF 300x2 is about $150. Add in more materials for the install and the bracket from Hogtunes to have both amps in the fairing and you just saved money by getting the bigger amp you're going to need later on. Not to mention the time you will spend installing the second amp.

That's why I always say OVERKILL it the FIRST TIME, and there will be no NEXT TIME !!

Exactly. If I would have followed that line of reasoning, I wouldn't be replacing my audio system for the third, and hopefully last, time this winter.

have no idea what you're talking about.. LOL

So I researched BT's website and found that if I ordered the MS60 and Retro kit separately and then ordered the Ultimate Amp and Speaker Combo With 6X9 Lids I would save $100 dollars over adding the lids and speakers later, and that was assuming they would give $150 off on the BT4180 for buying the audio package. I called them up, my original order hadn't shipped yet, so I did change it to the MS60 and Retro kit separately and then ordered the Ultimate Amp and Speaker Combo With 6X9 Lids for $1746. Not chump change, but I should have a system that I will be more than satisfied with and not have to change anything. And it all has a lifetime warranty! Just wish I was younger.

Well, if you like the results, I'm glad I could help.

If you don't? Blame the other two guys you quoted.
