I don't mean to sound like a smarta$$, but it means it needs to go back to the dealer to have it fixed under warranty.
I haven't seen any list of trouble codes published for the new systems. The dealer techs probably won't know until they look them up. The only guy here that might know is Dawg, and I don't think he comes into the audio section.

Hot dam. . The guys are having an awful lot of trouble with the audio on these 2014 street glides . . . I wonder why that is?
Bringing back an old topic but my dtc show the exact same current codes thank god no check engine but is this cause I am running an aftermarket amp??
I just had an ARC Audio amp installed. The guy said that he'd also be adding some value resistor to the line just to prevent this. He says the HL radio must see some load there, or you can get codes - not sure if it's the same codes.
I haven't had the fairing off yet to see what it looks like, but maybe that's some help. :-)
2014 street glide special, no sound, i have 4 codes, b1338-b1342-b1346-b1350 under radio, what do the mean?
I have two DTC showing, however after each one they say what it is,, No response from amp 4 and no response from amp 1,, both due to my running an aftermarket system I am sure.. yours do not show any wording after the codes?
I presume you got to them by doing the diagnostic method holding the mute button, turn ignition on and wait for the radio too boot, then mute? (Then you have the options to check DTC's etc....)

Just my guess, it's because HD released a product (software) they weren't ready to. I'm thinking they really don't have a good team working on the radio software. It's also possible the radio itself is crap, my stock radio (long before I put in an amp or different speakers) had issues from day one, then at about 6 months it went nuts and went into a constant restart cycle, had it replaced under warranty and thankfully no real issues since.
As soon as someone makes a nice double din replacement with Nav I'm taking my stock HU out and it's going to the range...and I'll post a youtube video of the fun.
