First , I know I am beating a dead horse with this topic , Just very frustrating.
I purchased the Sony Marine system with the 6.5 titian speakers for my 06 street glide.
Installed per video as well as instructions , radio works but hand controls do not.
Contacted Biketronics spoke with Bill walked me through steps still no luck. Bill then sent me a new retro BT-1005x . Still no luck with the new one.
Radio works great just no hand controls. I am frustrated and pulling out what gray hair I have left. Any suggestions ? I will be contacting BT tomorrow. But would like to try anything now
I went out and took the controls apart wires are not pinched plug my old HK unit back in controls work fine. , am at a lost. will call Bill again tomorrow but looks like this will be a returned product., speakers sound great am very impressed even with the HK unit.
