For most of the normal street stuff I ride 8 psi works but we can dial it up for as much as it will put out. We could always give Nick a call and go two stage if we want to I think that puts it over 200 hp. Dont quote me but i think one of his set ups is pushing something like 246 hp. Anyway I think the point of all of this is how much do you want to spend? Looks like you guys have some nice set ups as well it would be fun to run with some of ya. Heres a pic of what i have right now.
Fastbagger heres a question to you or anyone else at the same boost level which set up do you think would preform better super or turbo? Fastbag it would be interesting to run an 1/8 or 1/4 with you and see how a lighter bike like my dyna would hold up with a glide like yours. I dont know about you but the problem I have is putting power down it is easy to overblow the street tire real easy.

I myself prefer the ProCharger.I like the looks I think they are cleaner looking, they put out no excess heat as does a Turbo, and I love the performance the more RPM's you can turn the more HP you make.Yes my bike is like your's even though it weighs 800lbs. it will light the tire up effortlessly through the first 4 gears and hold the front off the ground about 3 inches.I have ran against a Blown 95",96" and recently a Blown 131" and I yet to see a taillight. When I dump the clutch it literally will straighten your arms out and will keep pulling till redline{ 6300 RPM's }which is right around 140mph.What kind of HP/TQ you running with your setup?
If you do an even match of motors the super charger will do better. Because the cam does have a big effect on the turbo.....
Now this what I think you mean.
Turbos can run at a lower boost beacuse they do not take power off the crank
Super chargers will rooob power off the crank.
To get the same boost effect you would have to run 10 psi on a supercharger to a turbo with 8 psi and the turbo will make more tq also very slightly.
But the Pro charger is a Centrifugal style blower it will act like a turbo with out the lag. And will add less heat. and will keep make power with more RPM turbo will not it will drop off after awhile..
The Procharger is self contained oil system the turbos are not. You will have to take oil out of you bike/ crank case to cool the turbo and oil the system.
I am a big fan of both and I like them both the same they all have there goods and bads.
I can tell you one thing.. On a 96 inch motor (crank) it will not handle the 200 hp above power you will snap the shaft of the left side of the bike. Maybe not right away but in do time.... I know about this issue trust me when I tell you...... Even with it all done up!!!!And the 200 hp I am talking about it at the wheel not crank!!!!!! as the forged cranks will break..... Been there done that have pictures to prove it......
Again they are both great products and work great also it is a choice on looks style and comfort and what kind of power you would like....
Ride Safe and enjoy..... the ride and power...
But I would like to see that race in the future that would be cool.. Also just one thing Fastbaggers bike is set up for 7000 rpm and makes over 200 hp easy....... With out any engine mods...... just a change in the program and off we go....... And his bike is geared not stock..... to keep him in the boost with very little drop...

See that is what I need right there. I need to be geared right. Right now for the 8 psi boost I am okay but if its dialed up it does not fit right. I think that is something that a lot of people over look.
I absoutely love having the procharger on my bike...like Fastbagger said, the higher rpm you go the more pull you have. Also with the procharger setup you can still run whatever pipes you want. That was a big factor in choosing the procharger over a turbo (not to mention all of the heat the turbo creates)
