Default Engine builder

I'm in the beginning stages of preparing for a 107 big bore kit, probably from fuel moto. Anyone have an opinion on the "Go to builder" in Alberta? I might be willing to travel to say BC or Sask if need be. I have an 07 Ultra with a SERT, true duals and slip on's from V&H.

Perhaps give Hammer performance a try in Sandpoint Idaho. Have a look at the website anyhow for education sake. Lots of useful info that others simply don't put out there. Hammer Dan and Aaron are a wealth of knowledge.
