Thanks for sharing. That's too bad I'd hate to see another HD dealership close. I've never been to Mississauga HD, I tend to stay away from the GTA traffic as much as I can on my bike. I bought my bike new in 2022 at Pfaff HD, and had service done on it at the now defunct Black Bridge HD as I live in the KW region. Pfaff is a great HD dealer too, but again that drive into the GTA, through Brampton is just too much for my nerves now at my age. That sucks too because I have oil changes for life for free, but to me it's not worth the savings in miles put on to get there and the $hitty drivers in the GTA. BBHD parts counter was my first hint that something was going wrong as parts were taking forever to come in then they unfortunately closed. Luckily Apex HD opened right beside the old BBHD, I haven't used them yet, but will it seems like a great dealership with very nice employees. Time will tell. Lets' hope your Spidey Senses are wrong.
