Hello .. I just joined. Bought my first Harley last summer and I am hoping to put a lot of kms on it this summer!! I ride a 2006 1200 Sportster. I am loving it! I owned a Suzuki Blvd as my first street bike after many years of dirtbiking and have totally fallen in love with my Harley! I live in Prince George BC.

Another Canadian
I'm from Northern Alberta. 2002 FLSTC. Wife and son surprised me with it for my 50th birthday. Sneaky buggers planned this for a year. BEST surprise ever.
I'd always wanted a Harley. Been a fan since my late teens. Could tell you the era of motor by the sound before it came into sight, LOL. I had it bad.
Got together with the love-of-my-life and started a family. As most know, once you have a family, more important things come around than buying a toy.
They knew I'd never be able to justify it to myself, so saved up to surprise me. Took them months to find the right one. My son had a Harley, so we talked a lot about what I liked. I guess I gave him the bug. One of his first, if not the first words when he was a toddler was "HARLEY". Wifey not impressed, but laughed at that. He could say Harley before he could say DAD.
Promised I'd ride the wheels off it. Been riding since mid March at -5°C and pretty much every day since. I'm lucky as have pavement right to work at this job.
Really enjoy perusing this site. Lots of information.
Only problem is I'm a tinkerer and the bike is perfect.
I need a project. Something to wrench on. Putz with. LOL Old habits die hard I guess.
