Kamloops area stops?

Kamloops area stops?
My wife and I are going on our first trip on the bike. I got a condo at Sun Peaks resort in Kamloops for a couple of nights.
I'm just wondering what would be some cool attractions/places to stop at in the area. Any biker-type places? Anything neat or unusual that we need to see?
Kelowna to Kamloops and back is what we are riding. Don't mind going a bit out of the way if there is a good place to stop.
