Post Any help on figuring this one out?

I was given a task about searching for what this originally was/is. Now I've come to the conclusion that it's around 1965 maybe 165cc, although the spark plug has a different placement than what I've seen (more lean than straight up and down.) Harley Hummer 125cc.

Could anyone help me on figuring this out? Any help is greatly appreciated.

They were on an older Husqvarna, but obviously, it's not Husqvarna.

There's a set a rims, handlebars - "front suspension", engine, cover with various parts

(Having a hard time attaching pictures, so I just have the links)

Upon further research, it's getting closer to a 1948 Harley 125, still there's something off about the headlight, which has equal rust as the rest, but still kind of looking for a confirmation.

It appears to be a early light weight. The serial number will give you the model. Give me that and I will narrow it down for you.
