1986 Electra Glide Classic Trike Conversion

Hi, I just purchased this 1986 Electra Glide Classic from Dubuque Harley Davidson. They indicated that the Lehman 3 wheel conversion was put on by Willie G. then he rode it in the 1986 MDA Run. I do believe that they were sincere in telling me that but... I could have made a plaque like that and installed it myself. I didn't buy this bike because of the alleged history or the plaque, I bought it because of the condition and price. However, I certainly would like to know if that story is true. Does anyone have any idea how to get confirmation of the Willie G. story? I'm not sure how to get into the Harley admin to ask.

I've ridden Harley's since my high school days. I bought my first 1949 pan head in 1965. I still own my last 2 wheeler, a 2004 Heritage Softail but I've gotten old with severe spinal stenosis and just cant't balance with my wife on the back when I stop. So... I found this 3 wheeler that I could afford - I swore I would never have one but now that I do, I love it! It has let me continue riding. I've got about 1,000 miles on it in about 3 weeks of riding. The last ride was pretty cold here in Minnesota but I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Thank you for any help you can give me to find out the true story about the history of this great 3 wheeler.
