Default 1912 X8A Engine

Hey all!
I inherited a 1912 X8A engine and am trying to come up with a value. Several people locally are interested and I need to know what I'm talking about! I've got pics of when my dad had it totally torn down so I know he did his usual perfectionist best on it and it appears to be complete. It's mounted on a stand and has the clutch control lever installed as well. Any thoughts on what I should be asking for it?

I agree. That engine needs a bike.
