Got a bike the othe day and told it was a "harley" but if course you know how that goes. It's a special construction frame and a delkron engine (the first 3 letters were DKM and they were backwards) which is a dead giveaway. What I need to know is if there is a decoder for the rest of the engine vin. I want to figure out how many cc's and so on so forth. Thanks for any info it's much needed!

More than likely, you're looking at a set of Delkron cases and not a Delkron "engine". The numbers will not tell you much about the specs of the motor other than that the cases are made by Delkron.
