Default What kind of Hardtail frame is this??!!??!!

Can anyone help me figure out what kind of frame this is. I would mucho appreciate it. I am looking for the make and year time frame if ya could help.

Looks like a jap aftermarket welded to a Harley neck and backbone. possibly an Amen. But it is not a complete Harley frame.

Not an Amen , there was a Taiwan outfit back in the 70's that had a bunch of custom frames and conversion parts like wide glide trees to fit honda'a & kawa's during the big wild chopper days that allowed rice owners to run harley wheels & frontends and such . Think the name was TMI or CME something along those lines . That looks like there work , stuff worked but was crude & rough looking .
