Default Electical issue

I have a 74 Ironhead thats being rebuilt. Here is the problem.

When im in bare feet and i touch my bike i get a shock. Ive disconected all wireing exept the main battery cable. it still runs current to ground through me. In short, the battery cable connects to solenoid and no wireing leaves. still get a tingle when I touch it. Is the solenoid suposed to be isolated with a rubber gasket of some sort? Im on my way to get the needed supplys for a rewireing. I just cant figure out where the voltage drain would occure. Also when I hit my start button it clicks...click, click, click, then the starter will engage and start right up. The starter and all related parts are brand new and were installed with elec ignition by a pretty reputable old time HD shop in Edmonton.

Im new so any advice would rock
