Can you buy pre-cut rear calipers for bikes with 240 tire?

I put a 240 fat tire kit on my bike. (I don't remember the brand name off the top of my head but it's made to fit a 240/250 tire)

When you use a 8" wheel, the rear caliper is cut down on the inside edge so it can fit in between the spacer and swingarm correctly.

The guy that cut the backside of caliper didn't machine it straight so my caliper isn't parallel to the rotor.

So is it possible to buy a precut rear caliper for swingarms that house a 240 tire?
