Then I mounted the new plate to the motor, put the motor and transmission in the frame, and aligned the two so that I could mark the mount where to weld it.

Here's the new rear mount welded in place, with the stock oil gasket located, and new oil nipples drilled and tapped into it.
When I did this there was no one manufacturing an adapter for the tc96 to an evo frame. The adapters they make today are less sturdy, and require drilling and tapping the motor case to install oil line fittings.

Since the motor came with the Screaming eagle throttle body I decided to keep the EFI system. So I thought it best to buy a factory wiring harness; I picked one for the road king.
now all I had to do was fit this to that.

I decided the only place to put the ECM and fuse block was inside the battery well. I got a ECM and TSSM with fobs on ebay from a 103 ultra.
I had to open up the bottom of the batt. well a bit.
