I have an '05 Blackhawk and it's under a chrome cover on the left side under the tank and outside in the middle of the cylinder "V".
Thank Outaluck. That is where you would think it would have been. I searched the entire bike twice. There is no horn at all. I also looked for the wires and didn't find them. But just the other day I was walking up to the bike in the garage and I noticed the horn wires tucked into the harness for the rectifier. So I just bought a new horn, plugged it in and mounted it. I'm all good now.
