Serious engineering mistake there. Hell my lawn mower holds more than 2 Qts. of oil. That electric fan that someone posted here would be like taking a squirt gun to a forest fire and an oil cooler would be of little or no help. Rear cylinder is probably shutting down due to the nose cone area getting so hot it's messing with the ignition. That 110" polished motor needs some oil, more like 3-1/2 qts at a minimum. Like someone mentioned on an earlier post, make sure that sucker is jetted properly as well.

You do need to get more oil in that bike. a oil cooloer with heavier oil will work but you will have the same problem as you are having now. Also check the jetting and and the fuel air mixture screw to the carb for adjustments. If the bike is lean if will run hot. I think that is correct. My chopper was doing something simular and the card was out of adjustment. I strongly suggest bigger oil bag with minimal 3.5 quarts or more.

that thing really needs more oil capacity, and a cooler as well. Tell me, if you run half the amount of oil, how quickly does it get dirty and break down, especially when it's running hot? doesn't sound good for longevity of the motor, but that's just my take on it

Pull the plugs and see what they look like.If the bike is running Okay,no sneezing,or popping through the carb. There could also be a timing issue.Very hard to diagnose over the airwaves.Good Luck.

You could try running a long oil filter.I use a 5 1/2" ......that thing holds almost a quart by itself.
Def running lean.Sounds like the rear cylinder module on the ignition is crapping out due to excessive heat.Once they start going they don't get any better....
