Sorry I have been busy working on a another one and haven't checked back in. To answer a couple of your questions.
its a 3 quart oil tank and the exhust mounts to the trans. If you look close you can see them. I'm going to put some new bars on or widen them abit as they feel a little narrow but if you look close you will see the the bends on the exhaust are the same as whats on the bars. You would really have to look close to notice that but to me its kind of neet. As for money its really fairly cheap to build
