Default My DCC Custom Rigid project thread...

Ok. Starting the chopper build, sharing the project for you guys...

Itīs kinda a low budget build but i am very exited..

First. Picked up a brand new DNA 240-280 rear rigid chopper frame. Like this frame coz it has no center tube.

Testing the frame in my girlfriends home (where iīm gonna build)

Next. Found a used hybrid EVO/Shovel engine VERY cheap! Seller claims that it works, have no clue, hey..did I mention it was cheap?

The right crank half is from a 1976 Shovel, rest is EVO early 90. Kinda cool...

More to come.....

Minor update, had to "build" myself a great mockup room at my girlfriends house To much crap in the garage, no room for me there...

I dont like chrome or polished so much so I went for Scotch Brite finish; "Exile Style" on the rockers. Will change bolts later on...

AFTER

Oiltank and S&S carb on its way....
