key switches are known to do that due to the vibratons, i run a cut off and a push button on most to avoid that

The problem is they zipped tied the wire to the frame back by the battery and the vibrations cut the wire.

Or sorry. Someone else built it ( I know the motorcycle shop that built it ) then they sold it to a guy locally and he's had it since 2005 until a couple of months ago. It's built on a soft tail frame with a rev tech 100 CI and a 5 speed with a 180 back tire. Nothing to fancy but I like it
