Hello all. I tried to go into different sections to get ideas on a design for my custom Ironhead bobber seat I will be doing, but I think most folks on the "Harley-type" sites think it is taboo to add anything to their ride unless it comes off a retail shelf. I thought you folks would give me some good input......
I am building a basket case Ironhead Sporty and need to do a seat for it. I am a leathersmith/cutom painter and will be hand tooling the seat myself (just in case any of you need a custom seat in the future). Anyway, I will try to attach a pic of the bike as it will sit so you can see what style it is. I want it to have a low aggresive, flat track racer look and I think I achieved that. My question is, what kind of wild, twisted design or theme should I go with? Keep in mind, I will be painting the bike's tank in memory of my late father in law who was a religious man, so I can't really go with the whole evil, or damnation theme. Any ideas?.........
