Hello and thank you for joining me. I have this custom chopper with a 113 TP motor with a outer BDL primary. For some reason ever since I owned this bike the outer primary leaks on the motor side of the house. I have change out many seals and still leaking. It seems the shops cannot get this right and I just need a little advise.
ok you have a 113 tp and a bdl outer primary. So you are running a wet clutch with a custom primary cover correct?? Many times you get flex with a evo set up when using a stock inner, this can cause leaks. Can you pin point the leak??
Here is a little trick for fidning leaks that spread. Clean it with soap and water removing all oil. Then get your self a can of womens spray deorderant with baby powder in it. Spray the entire area with it it will be covered in the powder take it for a short ride and the leak will be very obvious. Let me know what you come up with.
