Hey guys, I'm looking for a rear seat for the chopper. I got a measurements an a 8Lx6w1h is what I want. Anyone know a place were I could get one? Or have one made an know about how much? Just a simple black seat.
I recommend making your own. The last one I made cost me 20 bucks in materials. I used a fiberglass pan that I made with selefane laid on the fender and then made walls with modeling clay to create a barrier for the fiberglass.
I then cut out the pan to shape, covered it with foam. I shaved the foam with a turkey carving electric knife. Then glued the foam to the pan and covered with vinyl or leather, glue it down to the foam and rivet it to the pan. Then cover the bottom with cloth or velvet.
You can get materials from an upholstery shop
I would at least make the pan and foam it then have a place do the finish work
Nice looking 01 chopper! Sorry I cant help with the seat issue from El Paso. If you havent already checked your local mc shops, that would be a good place to start. Good luck, post a pic once you get one made.
