ok, this might sound stupid but I justboughtmy first harley on june 12th. I've been detailing it to a point to keep it somewhat clean. Now I what to give it a good wash. Is it ok to get everything and I mean everything wet and then soap it all down and spray it off. Be nice now.

Not a crazy question. First, do not use a pressure washer on the bike, and do not spray directly into switches. Start washing from the top down and use a leaf blower to dry the bike. If you have leather bags, Harley makes a bees wax leather protector that is anexcellent product. DO NOT Armor All the tires . . . Another suggestion, try not to get any wax on the motor (i.e. black fins, etc.) it is a bear to get out! A clean bike always rides better!
