Default Removing scuff marks.........

Out for a little Valentine's ride with the wife.
scuffed up ma boot with the shifter.
Any idea how to remove it ?😉😜
Figured I can go bare foot in the summer months n wash my foot in coal oil afterwards.
But it's not helping my dilemma now.
Wasn't sure exactly where to post this question either.
