There are a lot more in here that are qualified to a higher level than me. I came from the old school, one bucket wash, rinse and wax. Paint is different these days.

I'm a firm believer in Wolfgang Products, they came highly recommended from @eaglefan1 and they haven't disappointed me yet.

For my bike I used the Concours SiO2 Paint Sealant, and refresh with Uber SiO2 Silica Spray. I’ve also tried Griot's Ceramic 3 in 1, I like it, but not like the Wolfgang.

It has a lot to do with how far you want to take it.

What is your goal as far as protection? Meaning months or years? Are you willing to machine polish?

@Kuz this brother right here will steer you in the right direction. I was skeptical because I came from a different time. After a lengthy discussion with @eaglefan1 he opened me up to whole new world of detailing, don't get me wrong, I made money in the 80's and 90's with the simple approach. Buy like I said, this is next level. Eagle is the man.

Every winter here in Michigan, I clean the Harley, Claybar the bike, buff it out if I have any imperfections in the paint, then I do a coat of F-11. After that during the summer, I use these two products for the wash and quick detail.

I recently just purchased a 2022 BMW K1600 GTL. I would like to do a ceramic coat on this bike and basically use the same wash and quick detailer spray on both bikes from now on. This is what I purchased to do that on the BMW. I just received it and I have not open the box so I can send it back for a full refund if there’s something out there better that will make both paints pop.

Just my opinion and don’t take this the wrong way. If you want to move into better stuff, Ditch the chemical guys stuff and the f11. Lots of better stuff that is actually cheaper if you factor in how much you actually use per wash

Do you want to stay in one product line or you ok getting stuff from different manufacturers? It can get confusing when you start jumping around

i buy a lot of stuff from The house of rags. Their Detail Co. stuff is really good. I’ve tried just about every one of them and they have not disappointed, and the price is good DIY Detail makes very user friendly products that work great and they have tons of how to videos, sold on the same site Garage Therapy is one of my favorites, more money though

if you want to stick with one brand, Armour Detail Supply is one that’s hard to beat. Great stuff. If you want to coat it, and this is your first time coating, Phobic is a good one

For polishing, I stick with CarPro, DIY Detail, Scholls Concepts. This is definitely personal preference

as far as claying every year for a bike, I doubt it would need it. Do you do the baggie test before claying? Claying can/will mar the paint

Lots of info, but it’s sound and proven and works for me for customers vehicles and mine and my wife’s

Thanks for the info! I'm OK with using diff brands for diff jobs. I'm just looking for a good 2yr ceramic coat, then a good wash & detail spray for the paint. I just want everything to work together. I will look into what you suggested. Thanks again for the Info!

@eaglefan1 do you find the Armour Phobic to be comparable with Wolfgans detail spray?
