I have had dirt bikes all my life, still have one, and Pledge was a thing on dirt bike plastic from way back.
When I bought my first brand new off road bike, and paid $7K for it, I bought Plexus...just because all the MXers said so online, and never looked back.

I still have a can, and if fizzled out/lost the propellant, that **** is $30 a can, now!

I was going to try plexus , because I am a sucker for Internet hype. But price jumped up

I think you need to differentiate between casual cleaning, bike show, and paying someone before you crap your pants hair on fire.
And coming off like a righteous _________.

Also a dirt biker. Never heard of Plexus. Looks like I won't be ever trying it either at $30. I have wiped the dirt bikes and ATV's down with Pledge, seems to do well on the plastics. I use it on the cars and my trucks black plastics parts too. Works really good and does not have that greasy feel of Amour All which I quit using ages ago.

It just bugs you is all that other people have used it. Been discussed on this forum for 20 years. But why waste so much time on it? Don't like it, do not use it don't get so high and mighty

Yeah, the price now is ridiculous. I had no idea. I am sure this can is nearly 20 years old LOL, I completely forgot about it until this topic came up.

I have never used it or Pledge on anything with paint, just the dirt bike stuff

The bottle of ceramic stuff that came with my bike was brand new, I was curious, so I checked to see if it was at Menards or Walmart - Ridiculous at $16 or $18 for the bottle. I never tried it. Might be good, but that is price range for polish. It's in this bright neon yellow bottle. Must be liquid magic at the price I seen it for. That Plexus is liquid gold in a bottle ! Was Plexus a polish I remember for polishing plexiglass ?
It rings a bell now that we've talked about it ? I think that is what they used it at work for the Plexiglass canopy covers of our airplanes - Rings a bell?

Dawn soap and follow with your products you show. Good stuff. I use the detailer and it’s better than the banana stuff. Lol

Plexus is really good for transparent plastic. Dirt bike goggle lenses, Harley wind shield, face shield on my street helmet, instrument cluster in my vehicles, windows on my Jeep soft top... It's expensive, but you don't need much. I don't see how anything could be better unless it works the same for less money.

Growing up I stole Mom's lemon pledge to use on my dirt bike. Now I use Maxima SC1 (on my dirt bike).
