Cleaning Black Rocker Boxes........
How do you keep your wrinkle black rocker boxes grime free?

I'm not talking about using an engine brightener. \\; I'm talking about getting the actual grime off of the top of \\;the rocker boxes. \\; The front one seems to be pretty nasty.

I was thinking of using an engine degreaser but I don't want to screw up the wrinkle black finish.

Any input would be appreciated!

visited 2 dealerships this weekend and people behind the counter couldn't answer if engine degreaser would hurt the black coating..I used a little of dawn detergent and warm water, it seemed to work ok.

I have a 2003 Night Train and the boxes are lookin pretty shitty. \\;

I never really noticed it until last week \\;when I parked next to \\;another 2003 Night Train and his rocker boxes looked brand new!
