I bought some at the WalMart on the west side of Tucson and was kinda at a loss of how to use it. My 03 RoadKing motor was kinda greyish...not black by any means so i washed the bike and let it dry in the sun..i did wipe it down first and then just sprayed some on the primary side. Man was i amazed, still worried about overspray and all but i went for it. I did get some on the chrome and it wiped off easily. Its a spray and go type stuff...truely amazing. Looks like new now. Went for a 300 mile ride and figured it would burn off and be back to the dingy black but it still looks great. Hope this helps.
What a great product. I got it at walmart $6.75 a can. I sprayed the whole bike. It works on plastic, paint, chrome leather and anything else. I never even washed the bike. It has that new wet look now! The only thing it is slipery. I dont use it around the tires. In fact some overspray got on the garage floor....I almost droped the bike because the floor was so slipery. I will post some pictures.
I just went to Los Angeles Harley yesterday and bought some Pig Spit for my nighttrain. Works really good and I've used it before in the past. However I did pay about $10 a can for it.
Ended up getting it at th stealer. A litle more $ but worth the convenience. this stuf is great. Makes the bike look amazing. For the engine, I like the s100 engine brightener better, but for the entire bike...pig spit. Next is to try that pig snot.
been using pit spit on night train for some time now. great product, All dealers around the Houston, Tx area carry it. i have yet to see it at Wal Mart
