Sadly, the answer to your question is no. Boston Soap Works is gone. They made good stuff though. Like many things, when we find a good one, we should buy all we can.
Meguiar's, Armor all and many car wheel cleansing products are designed for chrome aplications, I don't know from personal experience how good they are.
S100 gel: very gentle, a maintenance kinda cleaner
Eagle One All Wheel and Tire Cleaner: my go to product, follow the directions and all will be good, rinse well, don't use when windy
Meguiar's wheel cleaner: the pink one performs about the same as EO above. I was using a friend's Mercedes detailing kit which was Meguiar's made.
Detailer's Pride Wheel Gel: the best I've used, sadly, only available online at Autogeek I believe, very effective and makes my rims shine the most.
Armor All Wheel Cleaner: STAY AWAY! Acidic! If you use, rinse very well.
Don't let any of the above dry on the wheel. Use only after bike has cooled off.
