I have a container of both which I use to quick-clean my chrome. Of course, nothing beats Autosol & elbow grease, but if you want to take a few hours rather than days to clean your chrome, I'd recommend Blue Magic. Up here in the Great White North, you can pick up a container at Crappy Tire for around 10 bucks.
I tried both on my Deuce the other day. The cream goes on easy, and comes off very easy with a beautiful shine that looks almost wet. The paste leaves a noticeable film that is hard to get off even by repeated buffing.
