Finally got the tuner tweaked, and I gotta say I was surprised. Between the tuner, intake, and pipes, the scoot has turned into a fire breathing monster...lol
I was expecting a little HP again, but I wasn't expecting to be almost thrown off the back of the bike when I ripped the throttle open! It even sounds meaner...if this is stage 1, I can only imagine what some engine mods would do.
I need to get my tuner sorted out, my bike with short shots and big sucker with power vision tuner feels slower than stock. Lots of noise with little movement
I got to open it up on the interstate this morning. Night and day difference from stock. Decel popping is pretty much gone, get a rogue pop every now and then.
Really? Blown off the back of the bike from a stage 1. What are your hp and torque numbers? Harleys suck from the factory, many say because of epa, I say because of outdated design and technology. Say you had 80hp, 90 tq from factory. Now you have 85hp, 95tq. I wouldn't say that was blown off the bike kind of upgrade. Stage 1 is the biggest scam created by harley. Shouldn't have to do anything to a new bike, or car to make it functional.

Well maybe the scoot was running like sh*t from the factory?...who knows. I've got no dyno numbers, just what I feel in the seat of my pants.
Bty, technically anything you buy with wheels is "functional". Why is there such a huge market in aftermarket parts for cars and bikes?...to make them run better, without having to go through all that emissions control bs that harley or any maker of a combustion engine has to do...

Main reason was the O2 bypasses. The BRs I have didn't have O2 bungs, plus I wanted them bypassed anyway. The UI and price are what sold me. I can literally pullover, pull off my seat and make any adjustments I want. I'm not going for any kind of "peel up the pavement" HP, and other tuners I found offered less for more $$$$
